Simon Ludden has over 30 years’ experience in financial services, having originally studied law. For the past 20 years Simon has worked in the legal profession, advising the clients of law firms on most areas of investment and tax planning. As a financial adviser, Simon pays particular attention to clients’ attitude to risk and their tax position.
He also undertakes full financial planning advice for companies and individuals, specializing in pensions and savings as well as protection against untimely death and incapacity.
Simon has taken on the role of treasurer of the East Kent Collaborative Law Pod (aroundthetable), a group of family lawyers dedicated to a less confrontational style of divorce process. He advises regularly on the financial aspects of both contested and non-contested divorces, and is an affiliated member of Resolution.
Simon has experience in tax mitigation and sheltering schemes and is also qualified to provide advice on corporate pensions including transfers.
Ruth Dolan has worked in Financial Services industry since 1996. Qualified as a Chartered Financial
Planner, she has been providing independent financial advice since 2004.
Ruth provides advice on a range of areas including taxation and investment planning, retirement planning, protection planning.
An affiliated member of STEP Ruth is also well qualified to assist trustees in adhering to their duties of investments under the Trustee Act 2000. Combining investment planning and the practical aspects of administering trust investments, trustees receive a fully comprehensive plan when considering the investment of trust funds.
Ruth is an accredited Later Life Adviser after achieving membership of the society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) in October 2010 and is now a member of the Advisory Board. SOLLA aims to assist consumers to find quality and trusted financial advisers involved in the older client market by promoting the benefits of working with financial advisers who have achieved the Later Life Adviser Accreditation.
Tracy joined Tarvos Wealth in September 2015. She has been an Independent Financial Adviser since 2002, previous to which she had around six years experience of administration and paraplanning within financial services.
As a holistic financial adviser, Tracy enjoys the many aspects of putting together a comprehensive long term financial plan for clients. This includes ensuring that any existing and recommended plans and funds are suitable in terms of both risk profile and tax treatment, in order to meet clients’ objectives.
Tracy has a wealth of experience, especially in assisting clients with ‘at retirement’ decisions, focusing on both capital and income requirements and how these can be achieved from accumulated pensions, savings and investments.
As the world of Independent Financial Advice continues to evolve, Tracy has recently passed her level 6 qualification and has now achieved Chartered status with the CII.
Nick has worked in the financial services sector since 1997 and qualified as an adviser in 1999. Having spent 15 years advising members of a well known high street Building Society, he then moved into the independent sector in 2014.
Nick places the client front and centre of the financial advice process. He takes a fully holistic view of personal and financial circumstances before presenting solutions to clients’ financial planning needs in simple, easy to understand terms.
He aims to build and maintain long term relationships helping clients and their families adapt their financial arrangements as their circumstances evolve.
Nick has experience advising clients in the areas of investments and savings, pre and post retirement planning, tax planning and financial protection in the event of death and ill-health.
Karen Parker has been in the industry for 30 years and is qualified to Chartered level. She provides much of the technical support to the advisers, as well as filling a number of other vital roles in the advice process.
Cassie Millington has 10 years industry experience, is qualified to Diploma level and is currently working towards becoming Chartered.
Cassie works alongside the advisers providing technical support and attending client meetings.

Rosie Davis has been with us for 4 years and studied Business Administration at Canterbury College completing her Apprenticeship with Tarvos Wealth. Rosie works as one of our administrators and provides support with marketing.
